Anne Krause

Anne B. Krause, of Hernando, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024 at HCA Ocala. She was 83. Anne was born in Cleveland, OH to Michael and Mathilda (Sauer) Riemer. She loved bowling, boating, gardening, and her family (including the grand puppies). She and her husband moved here in 1998 from Wooster, OH when they retired. Anne was a member of Our Lady of Grace, as well as the Inverness Elks Lodge #2522. She previously worked as an office clerk with Sears and Clear Picture in Wooster, Ohio. Anne was preceded in death by her sisters Emily Grant and Adelle Shupe. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 66 years Richard Krause; her son Dave Krause (Judi) of Gilbertsville, PA; her daughter Karen Artayet (Alain) of Douglasville, GA; three grandchildren Alex Artayet (Haley), Matt Artayet (Vicki), and Rachel Bruce (Matt); three great grandchildren; and her grand puppies. Calling hours will be Monday, April 29, 2024 from 5:00-6:30pm, with a service at 6:30, held at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will occur at the Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted, OH at a later date.
