Kathy Lynn Teepell, 65, of Inverness, FL passed away February 12, 2024 at HCA Florida Largo Hospital in Largo, FL. She was born in Endicott, NY on June 21, 1958, and arrived in the area in 1978, coming from St. Petersburg, FL. Kathy was Southern Baptist by faith, and enjoyed making wreaths and crafting, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Phyllis (Roberts) Ellis. Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Charles “Bucky” Teepell of Inverness; daughter Constance Faith Blanton (Randy King) of Inverness; brothers Richard (Heather) Ellis of Citrus Springs, FL, and Randy (Karen) Ellis of Hernando, FL; sister Ann (Brent) Fults of Dunnellon, FL; 2 grandchildren, Conner and Colby Blanton; and her father Robert Gene Ellis, and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life for Kathy will be held on Friday, February 16, 4:30pm at the Lakehouse. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
