Margaret Mitchell

Margaret Anne Mitchell, age 50, of Floral City, FL passed away at home on January 12, 2024. Margaret was born in Charlottesville, VA on January 24, 1973 to Richard Lloyd and Linda Anne (Pitman) Mitchell and came here approximately 44 years ago from Louisiana. She had a love for animals, especially horses, and loved to cook. Margaret was always trying out new culinary dishes to share with her family. Left to cherish her memory is her devoted son, Grayson Mitchell Griffin of Floral City; her adored mother, Linda A. Mitchell of Floral City; a loving brother, Ethan Lloyd Jackson Mitchell of Inverness; 3 loving sisters: Laura Vaughan Mitchell of Manchester Center, VT, Mary Alice Cioe of Homosassa, and Lillian Elizabeth Alling of Inverness; numerous nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Richard L. Mitchell on August 23, 2013. Margaret’s life will be remembered and celebrated at the family residence. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
