John Phillip Donahue, age 52, of Floral City, passed away at Citrus Memorial Hospital on November 18, 2023. Born in Miami, FL on July 1st, 1971, to William and Martha Donahue. He loved to be around his family and friends, he was a very selfless, loving soul that would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. His favorite pastimes were fishing, karoking, racing at Citrus County Speedway and riding his lawn mower. But the one he most adored was spending time with the ones he loved, especially his dog, Hooch. He is survived by his children: Christopher and Mandy Baker of Inverness, FL, Jennifer Baker and Kevin Ryan of Beverly Hills, Shawn and Amber Baker of Brooksville, FL, Brandon Williams of Floral City, FL; grandchild: Junior Baker; siblings: Mary Rider, Margaret Farmer and Joseph Donahue; nieces and nephews: Amanda and Torrie Cook and their 4 children, Laura and Sheena Beckwith and son, Raven and Cj McGowin and their one son; Nicole and Heath Hounshell and their 2 children, Amber Uzar and Robert Wiley and their 3 children, Kali Farmer and Joshua Thompson, Cody Stephens and his 2 children, Jimmy and Ashley Donahue and their 4 children, Jody and Austin Davis and their 4 children. A Celebration of Life service for John will be announced at a later date. All family and friends are welcome.
