Anthony D Huston

Anthony “Tony” D. Huston, 51, of Homosassa, FL passed away October 30, 2023 at Bravera7 Rivers Hospital in Crystal River, FL. He was born Dubuque, IA on April 2, 1972, and was a Registered Nurse by profession. Tony served our country honorably in the U.S. Navy. He arrived in this area in 2011, coming from West Burlington, IA and was Catholic by faith. Tony loved spending time with his family and his dogs. He is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Jennifer Dooley-Huston. Other survivors include his children Jonathan Dooley of Homosassa, and Emily Lapp (Brandon) of Abbotsford, WI; brother Rod Huston; sister Danielle Morstadt; and one grandchild on the way. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness. Tony’s urn will be laid to rest with military honors at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL on November 17, 2023 at 11:00am. A Celebration of Life will follow at VFW Post #10137, 6036 Co Rd 618, Bushnell, FL 33513.
