Frank H. Brosius, of Hernando, passed away on Tuesday October 17, 2023. He was 86. He was born in Mt. Holly, NJ. Frank began serving in the U.S. Navy when he was 18, and was honorably discharged after serving almost 6 years. After the Navy, Frank went to work at Unisys as a Sr. Product Support Specialist. Frank and his wife Susann have been active members in the Hernando Church of the Nazarine. Frank enjoyed playing the trombone in the Nature Coast Community Band and the church band.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Susann Brosius; son Keith Frank Brosius; daughter Jennifer Sarah Strickling; four grandchildren, Clover, Lena, Kindle, and Samara; and three great grandchildren, Penelope, Riley, and Lilith. A service of remembrance will be held at a later date. The family requests that memorial donations please be made in memory of Frank to the Salvation Army of Citrus County 712 S School Ave, Lecanto, FL 34461, or to the Hernando Church of the Nazarine 2101 N Florida Ave, Hernando, FL 34442. Private cremation arrangements are under the care of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory 3075 S. Florida Ave., Inverness, FL 34450.
