Barbara Lynn Jones, age 74, Inverness, FL passed away June 21, 2023 at her residence under the loving care of her family and Vitas Hospice.
Barbara was born in Shelbyville, IL on August 15, 1948 to the late Justin and Edna Beck. She was a retired mortgage broker, having owned her own business and well as working for several banks.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband John; 3 children: Tyde Jones of St. Cloud, FL; Christopher Jones of Ocala, and Cory Jones of St. Cloud; 3 sisters: Shirley, Kay, and Janet; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on July 16, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Barbara and John’s home at 7718 East Allen Drive Inverness, FL 34450. Please dress casually. Luncheon to follow the service. In lieu of Flowers, the family requests that donations be made to: Vitas Healthcare, P.O. Box 1330, Lecanto, FL 34460. Cremation arrangements are under the care of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
