Joseph A McDougall

Joseph A. McDougall, 79, of Citrus Springs, FL passed away June 3, 2023 at his residence in Citrus Springs, FL. He was born on June 24, 1943 in Scarborough, Trinidad and Tobago. Joseph was a dry wall technician and arrived in this area in 2008, coming from West Palm Beach, FL. He attended the New Church Without Walls in Lecanto, FL and enjoyed fishing and gardening. Joseph was preceded in death by his daughter Sherma McDougall. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Avis McDougall. Other survivors include his son Joseph A. McDougall; step daughter Tia Henderson; brother Allan McDougall; sisters Ursula and Viola McDougall; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life for Joseph will be held on Friday, June 9, 11:00 am at the New Church Without Walls in Lecanto with Bishop Douglas Alexander officiating. Cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
