James Blaine Ockerman, age 86, Floral City, FL passed away May 6, 2023 at The Royal Dalton House in Homosassa, FL.
Mr. Ockerman was born in Lawrenceburg, KY on November 8, 1936 to the late Frank P. and Lula (Colvin) Ockerman. Prior to retirement, he was a Systems Manager for the former Bell South Telephone Co. and was of the Christian Faith.
Left to cherish his memory are three children: Blaine Ockerman of Houma, LA, Vickie Odom and Diana Rhodes, both of Ocala; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Mary Patricia Ockerman who just passed away on March 29, 2023.
