Glen H Olds

Glen Hobgood Olds, 82, of Inverness, FL passed away March 30, 2023 at his residence in Inverness, Florida. He was born in Ft. Worth, TX on October 15, 1940 to the late Glen Hollister Olds, Jr. and Vera Lee (Hobgood) Olds. He is also predeceased by his wife Carol Gay Olds. Glen was a builder in the home construction industry in Florida for US Homes for many years. He arrived in the Inverness area in 2020, coming from Brevard, NC. He was Episcopal by faith, and enjoyed traveling, hunting, and fishing. Left to mourn his loss is his loving spouse of 3 years Audrey Bunchkowski of Inverness; brother John Russell Olds and sister Vera Lee Olds of Baton Rouge, LA. He is also survived by his son Glen Arthur Carter, his daughter Kathy Anne Schulte and his granddaughters Madelynn Pauline Schulte and Zoe Katherine Schulte. He is also survived by his nieces Elisabeth Lee Olds, Robyn Wynne Olds, and Courtney Angus Olds and her son Simon Russell Boonchai. His stepsons are Jeff (Joan) Morris and Jack Morris. He is survived by many beloved cousins and friends. Arrangements will be handled by Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home in Inverness and Blanchard Funeral Home in Brevard, NC. Private final services will be held in Brevard at a later date.
