Todd R. Avery, 58 of Citrus Springs, FL, passed away March 16, 2023 under the loving care of his family at HPH Citrus Hospice House in Lecanto. Todd was born in Gainesville, FL on March 26, 1964 to the late Randal and Marlene (Sutton) Avery and came to Citrus County in 1992 from Gainesville. He was an occupational therapy assistant and Christian by faith.
Todd had a good sense of humor and naturally made friends wherever he went. Generous in every way, he would always give the best gifts. He was a lifelong Florida Gator fan (alma mater), and would watch every football game. If you had the chance to meet him, your life was forever made better.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 25 years, Valerie Koon Avery; his son Joseph Harp of Gainesville, FL; his daughter: Madison Avery of Citrus Springs and his sister Denise Mesa.
Private cremation arrangements are under the care of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
