Jackson Benjamin Boydstun, Jr., age 84, Inverness, FL passed away March 6, 2023 at home. Mr. Boydstun was born in Natchitoches, LA on December 29, 1938 to the late Jackson B. Boydstun, Sr. and Bernice (Hill) Boydstun, and moved to Florida from his home state. He owned and operated several businesses but most of his work was in the construction industry as a Superintendent, traveling all around the country in that capacity.
He is survived by four children: Clark Boydstun of Dry Prong, LA; Kendall Boydstun of Inverness, FL; Keith Boydstun of Simsboro, LA; Melony Boydstun of Natchitoches, LA; brother, David Boydstun of Shreveport, LA and sister, Betty Sue Carpenter of Idaho.
He also had 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for Saturday, March 18th from 2-4 PM at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, where family and friends will share their memories of Jack.
