Rosa A Albair

Rosa J. Albair, 65, of Lake Panasoffkee, FL passed away February 4, 2023 at HCA Florida Citrus Hospital in Inverness, FL. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on November 3, 1957 to the late Billy E. and Evelyn Chancellor. Rosa arrived in this area in 1998, coming from Orange Park, FL. She was the owner/operator of a fish camp in Lake Panasoffkee. Rosa enjoyed shopping, reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Chancellor. Survivors include her loving husband of 35 years, Ronald Albair; sons Milo Williams and his partner Stacy Wedel of Lake Panasoffkee, William W. Williams and his wife Jackie of Jacksonville, Fl; daughter Daina Chamoun and her husband Mike of Tampa, FL.; brother Paul Chancellor; sisters Carolyn Rees, Cathy Devore, and Jenny Donhardt; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service for Rosa is scheduled for Saturday, February 18, 2:00 pm at Church of the Fisherman in Lake Panasoffkee. Cremation arrangements by Chas. E.
