Diana Jean Raybon Smith, 66, Inverness, FL passed away May 28, 2022 at home under the loving care of her family and Vitas Hospice.

Diana was born on January 6, 1956 in Tampa, FL to the late Rosco Raybon and Mary Argo. She was preceded in death by her father, Rosco, infant son, Patrick Buchanan and Andrew Buchanan who was 25.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Robert Smith, Inverness, FL; daughter, Christina Smith (Glenn), Inverness; Son, Aaron M. Smith (Korry), Homosassa; her mother, Mary Argo; 3 Sisters: Cheri Hecker (Dan), Frances Sellars, Rosalind Raybon and 1 brother, Alan Raybon (Cindy); 9 Grandchildren: Matthew, Ethan, Brenna, Bobby, Cheyenne, Breeanna, Ryleigh, Aaron, and Sean; many aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Diana was employed by the H.E. Smith Air Conditioning Company as their office manager for 34 years. While there, she met many people and made many friends.

Diana loved to travel. She was an avid cook; loved to make amazing food. She had a huge heart for the older, unwanted rescue dogs. Diana lived for her grandchildren and loved them so very much.

She will be greatly missed by all. It is with sad hearts and much love that we say good bye until we meet again in the presence of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, June 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM from the First Christian Church of Inverness. Rev. Tom Thomas and Dr. Ray Kelley will officiate.
