Lynda S. Miller, 68 years, passed away, March 30, 2022, at Vitas Hospice, Lecanto, FL.
She was born March 1, 1954 in LaCrosse, WI, to the late, Joseph R. and Beverly Ethel (Schwertfeger) Bay.
On November 24, 1974, Lynda married Vernon S. Miller, Jr., in Little Creek, Virginia.
Lynda was a wonderful, perfect wife and mother. Above all else, her family would always come first. She has resided in Hernando for the last 3½ years, previously residing in Springfield, Missouri. She was employed by the United States Post Office, as a mail carrier, and later as a window clerk, retiring in 1992.
Left to cherish her memory, her beloved husband, Vernon S. Miller, Jr. and their sons, Matthew Miller and Jeffrey Miller: and her granddaughter, Makenzie Miller. Also survived by her brother, Garry Bay; sister, Cynthia Campbell.
Her funeral procession will depart Chas E. Davis Funeral Home 3075 S. Florida Ave Inverness, approximately 1:45pm, Wednesday, April 6, and arrive at Florida National Cemetery for graveside service at 2:30pm. Cremation with care arrangements under the direction of Chas E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness.
