Joseph E Jefcik

Joseph Elmer Jefcik, 93 of Inverness, passed away January 30, 2022 at Citrus Health & Rehab in Inverness. Joseph was born August 22, 1928 in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, to the late Joseph Anton and Octa (Nash) Jefcik, and came to Citrus County in 1992 from Estero, FL. He retired from General Motors in 1984 as a tool and die maker and served his country in the US Army. Joseph was preceded in death by his wife, Edith, on November 28, 1995. In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by his son, Brian J. Jefcik; step son, Donald Kunkle, step daughters: Christine, Julia and Janice. Following cremation, Joseph’s urn will be laid to rest at the Florida National Cemetery, with his wife Edith and son Brian. Cremation with care is under the direction of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
