Ms. Lefevers graduated from Knoxville General Hospital School of Nursing in Knoxville, Tn. in 1952. Upon arrival in Inverness in 1973, she worked at Citrus Memorial Hospital in various roles. Ms. Lefevers’ responsibilities grew as the little country Hospital went from 25 beds to 200. Ms. Lefevers worked in many areas of the Hospital including O.B., nursery, and I.C.U./C.C.U., and at times was the only Registered Nurse at night.
