William “Bill” E Harms

William Ernest “Bill” Harms of Citrus Hills, FL passed away at Bayfront Seven Rivers Hospital in Crystal River, FL on March 21, 2021 at the age of 73. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. Following his military career, Bill had a career as a Police Officer and eventually as the Associate Planner for the City of Hollywood, FL. He was married to his loving wife, Jean (Parker) Harms for 42 years until her passing on March 15, 2016. Bill and Jean made Citrus County their home in 2000 after relocating from Lake Worth, FL. He was a Christian by faith and attended worship services at the Cowboy Church of Lecanto. Bill was also a Mason and members of Lodge #133 and Lodge #398.

Those left to mourn Bill’s passing include his very dear friends: Bridget Didsbury, Jan Devita, Dr. Allan Rubin and Shelly Mayes. Per Bill’s wishes, there will be no funeral services. Cremation care by the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
