Richard H. Skiles, Jr., 85, of Inverness, FL passed away on March 20, 2021 at Pleasant Grove Manor in Inverness. He bravely served our country as a member of the United States Navy. He will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery of Bushnell, FL at a later date. Cremation with Care is under the direction of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL.
