Lula Gay Stayner-Hiller, 81 of Floral City, FL, passed away March 19, 2021Regional Medical Center at Bayonet Point, in Hudson. Gay was born September 3, 1939 in Fulks Run, VA, to the late Howard E. and Emma (Hess) Stayner. She came here 21 years ago from Broadway, VA.
Gay owned and operated a pest control business, prior to her retirement. She enjoyed boating on the lake, working out at the gym, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Greg Mick of Mechanicsville, VA; her daughters: Lisa Gay Mick-Baer and her husband, Larry, of Broadway, VA, Angela Daniel and her husband, Steve, of Yonkers, NY; her brother, Tenny Stayner; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her daughter Jamie Ferber.
A Celebration of Life service for Gay, will be conducted on Tuesday, March 23, 2020 at 7:15 PM, from the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, with Pastor Paul Giglio, officiating.
