Genevieve L Gleason

Genevieve L. “Jenny” Gleason, 89, of Inverness, FL passed away January 30, 2021 at The Grove Health and Rehab in Hernando, FL. She was born in Shinglehouse, PA on September 1, 1931 to the late Guy and Lillian (Peterson) Nolan. Jenny arrived in this area in 1974, coming from Celron, NY and was Presbyterian by faith. She enjoyed playing cards and games, and loved cooking and having dinner parties. But she especially loved her dog “Buster”. Jenny was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lyle Gleason. She was also preceded by her sisters, Amelia Johnson, Luella Kemp, Louise (Peg) Summerfield, and Virginia (Ginny) Hamilton. She is survived by her son Terry Gleason of Inverness, and one brother, William Nolan. Private cremation arrangements are under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
