Vivian J Kohn

Vivian J. Kohn, 92, of Inverness, FL passed away on January 2, 2021 at Vitas Healthcare in Lecanto, FL. She was born to the late James C. and Mary G. (Dawson) Martin on October 2, 1928 in Greentown, Ohio. She married her beloved husband, Joel, in 1947 and became a homemaker and a blessing to her family. She made the Citrus County her home when she and her husband moved here in 1990 from Hiawassee, Georgia. Vivian loved to sew and volunteer at hospitals. She will be remembered for being a very kind, caring person who was always willing to help out anyone she met. Along with her parents, her husband preceded in her in death on March 30, 2003 and her son, Terence Kohn also preceded her in death.. Those left to cherish Vivian’s memory are her children, Ryan Kohn (Terri) of South Carolina, Shannon Kohn (Stacy) of Stuart, FL, and David Kohn of Inverness, FL; her seven cherished grandchildren; and her seven adored great-grandchildren. Services for Vivian are private and Cremation with Care is under the direction of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL. Vivian will be laid to rest alongside her husband, Joel, at the Florida National Cemetery of Bushnell, FL at a later date.
