fifty years to his loving wife, Sylvia C. Steeves, who survives him. Born in Alexandria, Virginia to his parents
Marie and George Steeves, who predeceased him. Retired from the Pinellas County Building Dept. in Clearwater, in 2001 after 18 years of service.
