Sheryl A. Warden of Inverness, FL passed away at her home while under the care of her loving family and Vitas Hospice on November 4, 2020 at the age of 57. Sheryl was born in Brockton, MA on February 7, 1963 to Lena May (Taylor) and the late Leon Hamilton Cameron, Jr. She made Inverness her home 28 years ago after relocating from Hollywood, FL. Sheryl was a Social Worker for the State of Florida for 16 years specializing in elder care. She enjoyed cross point and sewing. Sheryl’s true passion was her family and she enjoyed spending time with them and caring for them throughout her life.

Those left to mourn Sheryl’s passing include her sons: Marcus Massey (Amanda) of Inverness, Edward Warden, Jr. (Sandra) of Ocala, David Warden of Lake Butler, FL, Malcolm Massey of Inverness; daughter, Ashlynn Paige Warden of Inverness; brother, Scott Cameron (Toni Barabas) of Floral City; sister, Shay Jenkins of Floral City; grandchildren: Marcus Massey, Jr., Tyler Kent Warden; and former daughter in law, Sonya Warden of Citrus Springs. In addition to her father, Sheryl was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Lee Warden in 2017 and her sister, Suzanne May Gullo in 2004.

A Celebration of Sheryl’s life is scheduled for Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 3:00 PM from the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home and will be conducted by Rev. Ledford Hodges. Friends are invited to join the family in visitation beginning at 2:00 PM until the hour of service. Arrangements in care of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
