Marian Helen Dallner was called home to be with our gracious Lord on September 14, 2020 at the age of 97. Marian was born in Collinsville, IL on July 4, 1923 to the late Alonzo and Florence (Fuchs) Hogan. She was also preceded in death by her first husband of 26 years, William Collins and second husband of 28 years, George Dallner. Marian and George came to Citrus County in 1983 after relocating from Lemont, IL. She was a faithful and active member of St Paul’s Lutheran Church of Beverly Hills, FL. Marian was a lifetime member of TOPS #341, Inverness where she held numerous offices. She also volunteered her time with the University of Florida Community Education group in Citrus County. Marian was very creative; sewing, floral arranging and making greeting cards were a few of her many talents.
Those left to mourn Marian’s passing are her children: Kathleen Collins Hamilton (David) of Ocala, FL, Kevin Michael Collins (Joanne) of Fort Worth, TX, Terrance Sean Collins of Sebastian, FL; Mary Collins Ryndak of Lisle, IL; 11 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will take place at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and Memorial Garden in Beverly Hills on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at 1:00 PM and will be conducted by Reverend Mark Gabb. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St Paul’s Lutheran Church Building Fund, Beverly Hills, FL. Cremation care by the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
