Catherine L Johnson

Catherine L. Johnson, 73, of Dunnellon, FL passed away on August 13th, 2020 under the care of Vitas Hospice in Lecanto, FL. Catherine was born to the late Annamay (Winter) Johnson on April 8th, 1947 in Eustis, FL. She was a true collector and loved to collect many great things—she also worked at the Inverness Flea Market where she sold some of those treasures and antiques from all around. She worked with and helped train “Seeing Eye” Dogs, and helped train 13 different dogs. Catherine moved to Citrus County 60 years ago and made this area of Florida her home for the rest of her life.
Catherine was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Johnson, who passed away in August, 9 years ago. Her survivors include her three daughters, Laura Fashauer, Angela Rushton, and Rebecca Farless; her many grandchildren; and her several great-grandchildren.
Private arrangements have been scheduled for Catherine. Cremation with Care under the direction of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL.
