Earlene L Gaylord

Earlene L. Gaylord, 81, of Floral City, FL passed away August 6, 2020 at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, FL. She was born in Shreveport, LA on January 22, 1939 to the late Earl and Minnie (Johnson) Kightlinger. Earlene was a homemaker and arrived in this area in 2004, coming from Bonita Springs, FL. She was a Methodist by faith by enjoyed playing tennis. Earlene volunteered for church functions with First United Methodist Church of Bonita Springs and Floral City. She also served as treasurer for United Methodist Women. Earlene is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Kester Gaylord. Other survivors include her sons Kyle Gaylord of Naples, FL, and William H. Gaylord and his wife Michelle of Ft. Myers, FL.; brothers Ray and Neil Kightlinger; sister Donna Houston; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
