Joyce Ann Partridge, 69, Inverness, FL passed away Oct 18, 2019 at her residence. Joyce was born in Nebraska City, IA on July 14, 1950 to the late Gerald Dean Mattes and Norma Deane Nicks Mattes. She came to this area in 2008 from the Tampa area. She was a professional caregiver.
