Billie “Jean” Oliphant, age 90, Apopka, FL., formerly of Inverness, FL passed away at her residence Aug 9, 2019 following a lengthy illness. She resided in the Florida Retirement Community facility after moving from Inverness. She moved to Florida in 1979 from Cleveland, TN. Jean was a member of the Eden Gardens Seventh Day Adventist Church while residing in Inverness. She was employed in the secretarial field prior to retirement. There are no immediate survivors living. Following cremation, her urn will be transferred to the Keene Memorial Park Cemetery in Cleburne, TX for final interment. Cremation care with Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory.
