William P. Freeman

William Phillip Freeman, age 45, of Floral City, passed away as the result of an accident on May 27, 2019. William was born in Tawas City, MI on October 12, 1973 to Carla Sue (Strayer) Frederick and the late David Alva Freeman.

He made Citrus County his home 25 years ago after relocating from Michigan and worked in the commercial construction industry as an electrician. In his spare time William enjoyed fishing, boating and riding his Harley. He was an outgoing and charismatic man that never met a stranger and will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him.

Those left to mourn William’s passing include his mother, Carla Frederick of Floral City; daughters, Elaini English and her husband Jeffery of Blairsville, GA, Sylvia Freeman and her mother, Nicole Walters, of Citrus Springs, FL; brother, Willard Chandler of Inverness; grandchildren: Oliver and Jackson English; and close friend, Dena English of Inverness, FL. In addition to his father, William was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Kimberly Strayer and Lorene Freeman.

Cremation care is under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
