Ruth Catucci, age 83, of Inverness, FL passed away at The Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hernando, FL with her loving daughters by her side. Ruth was born to the late Max and Nettie (Blitman) Himmelstein on August 16, 1935 in Bronx, NY. She made Citrus County, FL her home in 1972 after relocating from East Meadow, Long Island, NY. Ruth was married to Joseph Frank Catucci until his passing on June 24, 1986.
Those left to mourn Ruth’s passing include her son, Carlo Catucci and his wife Connie; daughters: Carmela Bonura and her husband Michael, Rose Perry and her husband Jim; sisters: Sandra and Zelda; and several grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Ruth was preceded in death by her daughter, Theresa Rozmus.
Ruth was laid to rest with her husband at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Inverness during a private graveside ceremony. Arrangements under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
