Reinaldo Antonio Morales, age 63, Clermont, Florida passed away April 14, 2019 at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL. Reinaldo was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on April 22, 1955 to Jose A. and Tomasita (Acosta) Morales and moved to Florida from Bridgeport, CT. He was a commercial truck driver. Wanda, his daughter said, “Dad was a family man. His Priorities were wife, children, and grandchildren. He put us above all. He taught his sons Reginald, Eliezer, and Reinaldo Jr. to be responsible and most importantly, to love each other as a family. He taught me, his daughter Wanda, to be a strong woman, guide my brothers, how to be the best mother to my children, and always seek the Lord in good and in bad. He taught my mom, Rosa, that the harder she fought, the easier it was to achieve her goals. He also taught her the meaning of Love, the way to Love, and how to love everyone. He enjoyed singing and worshiping the Lord, baseball (New York Mets), political news, and devoted his time making his grandchildren happy. He spoiled them and gave them everything. Not one day went by without him talking to his grandchildren and making sure they were OK. He lived for them. They had everything because of him. He especially thanked his three daughters-in-law for the continuous care. Each of them had their way of caring for him. Vanessa, the one who spoiled him and catered to him, Neysha, the one that was very strict with his health and diet, and Jessica his nurse and care giver. Finally, his son-in-law, Roberto. He always thanked him for never saying “no” to him. If dad needed or asked for something, he knew Roberto would never refuse and for that, he was always grateful. He loved them dearly!” Those left to mourn his passing are his wife of 42 years, Rosa Echevarria Morales; 4 children: Wanda Morales, Beverly Hills, FL; Reginald Morales, Beverly Hills, FL; Eliezer Morales, Bridgeport, CT; Reinaldo Morales, Jr., Clermont, FL ; his father, Jose A.
