Sandra Star Grudowski, age 70, of Beverly Hills, passed away at the Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hernando on Tuesday, March 5, 2019. Sandra was born on March 8, 1948 in Ypsilanti, MI to the late Dean and Estella (Pate) Spaulding. She was raised in Manchester, MI and on May 2, 1965 she married Jerald Grudowski with whom she shared 53 years of loving marriage. Since her husband was in the military, Sandra had the opportunity to travel and live all over the world. They made Citrus County their permanent residence in 1985 and were parishioners of the Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Citrus Springs. Sandra is the former manager of the Sally Beauty Supply in Inverness. She loved sewing, crocheting and writing to her many pen pals from around the world over the years.
In addition to her loving husband Jerald, those left to mourn Sandra’s passing include her son, Jerald Grudowski II; daughter, Christine Rebecca Campbell; and grandchildren: Deanna, Mitchell, Jessica and Mikey. Cremation care is under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
