Robert J Mease

Robert J. “Bob” Mease, 83, of Floral City, FL passed away February 6, 2019 at Vitas Healthcare in Lecanto, FL. He was born in Springtown, PA on June 25, 1935 to the late Warren and Anna (Romig) Mease. Bob served our country honorably in the U.S. Air Force attaining the rank of TSGT. He arrived in this area 20 years ago coming from CA, and was a Christian by faith. Bob was a very giving and social person who enjoyed taking bus trips with friends to theater shows. He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Mease, and sisters Marjorie L. Lewis and Linda Ackerman-Diehl. Survivors include his children Robert Mease of Easton, PA, and John Mease California; Deanna Miller and her husband Terry of Coopersburg, PA, Denise Tornabene and her husband Salvatore of Easton, PA, Cynthia Frank and her husband William of Easton, PA, and Michelle DiChiara and her husband Richard of Hellertown, PA; special nieces Deborah Turner of Red Hill, PA and Susan Martin, and her husband Chris of Hellertown, PA; nephews Richard Lewis and his wife Nancy, of Landsdale, PA, and Keith Ackerman and his wife Debbie of Ohio; and caregiver Cheryl Stanhope. 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Bob will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL at a later date. Arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
