Virginia C Betties

Virginia “Ginger” Claire Betties, 60, of Lecanto, passed away at home on Saturday, January 12, 2019. Ginger was born in Staten Island, NY to the late Henry and Helen Marie (Sahs) Jacobsen, and came to Citrus County in 2013 from Tarpon Springs, FL. She was a bookkeeper for a pet products company and Lutheran by faith. Ginger enjoyed gardening, RV camping and she loved animals. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 37 years, Gary Betties. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Steven Jacobsen. A Celebration of Ginger’s Life will he held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 2:30 PM from the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness with Rev. Tom Beaverson, First Lutheran Church of Inverness officiating.
