Louis Scott “Scotty”Bouldin, 96, Inverness passed away December 27, 2018 in Citrus Memorial Hospital. Louis was born in Cumberland City, TN on June 22, 1922 to the late Henry and Mary (Scott) Bouldin. He served our country in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WW II. He was a radio operator on the B-26 bombers and served in the Solomon Islands campaign. Following the service, he attended Ohio State University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree. After graduation, he became a Vice-President of Sales and Marketing in the computer and aerospace industries. He was a long time and faithful member of St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church where he served as a Lay Eucharistic Minister and Stephen Minister.

Left to cherish his memory are two daughters, Linda Shea of LaGrange, KY and Deborah Bouldin of San Francisco, CA; his long time caretaker and dearest friend, Barbara Pemberton and her husband, Kirby of Inverness. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann on March 1, 2011.

There will be a Requiem Eucharist Service offered at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 11:00 AM with Fr. Eugene Reuman officiating followed by interment of the cremated remains in the church memorial garden. A reception will follow in Rairdon Hall. The Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory assisted the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church’s Food Pantry or Feed My Sheep program.
