Billy Ray Lilly, age 51, of Crystal River, FL passed away December 18, 2018 at Seven Rivers Hospital in Crystal River. Billy was born on the 14th of April in 1967 to the late Billy Wayne and Edith (Warner) Lilly. He made Citrus County his home 25 years ago after relocating from North Carolina. Billy loved his rescue Pit Bull, “Junior”. He will be remembered for his kind and generous nature and how he would “give the shirt off his back” to anyone who needed it.
Those left to mourn Billy’s passing include his brothers: Jeff Lilly and his wife Jo Ann of Inverness, FL, Michael Wayne Lilly and his wife Sharon of North Carolina, Dennis Richard Lilly and his wife Cindy of North Carolina; sisters: Vickie Sue Moore of Virginia and Cheryl Lynn and her husband James of California. Cremation care provided by the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
