Carl Robert Matson. Born January 28th, 1957. Died December 1st 2018.
Carl was born and lived most of his life in Weymouth Massachusetts. He graduated from Weymouth High School and for many years worked at the Quincy Shipyard. The last twenty years of his life he lived and worked in Inverness, Florida. He died at home with hospice care provided for a short period. He is survived by his siblings, Signian McGeary of Cheshire, Ct. Janice Matson of Marlborough, Mass, Melvin Matson and wife, Dottie, of Weymouth, Mass., Linda Honneus and husband, Harry, of Marshfield, Mass., and Greg Matson, of Weymouth, Mass. His Nephews, Eric, Brett and Nieces, Andrea, Justine, Erika and Lynnette.
Also survived by seven great nephews and nieces.
It can be said that he loved his family, friends and fishing but not always in that order.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Inverness Landings Club House.
A memorial service will be held on January 28th in Weymouth, Mass.
