Frank Salatino, 82, of Floral City, FL passed away November 5, 2018 at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, FL. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 23, 1935 to the late Anthony and Florence (Voglio) Salatino.
Frank was a brewery truck driver, and arrived in this area in 1995, coming from Winter Haven, FL. He was a Catholic by faith and attended Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Inverness.
Frank enjoyed carpentry and was a great handyman. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Noreen Salatino. Other survivors include his children Anthony Salatino and his wife Mary, Edward Salatino, and Frank Salatino, Jr, all of Floral City, and Florence Marsiello and her husband Joe of Coral Springs, FL; sisters Anna, Martha, and Florence; 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Frank on Tuesday, November 13, 2:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. The family will be receiving friends in visitation on Monday, November 12, 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL. After the Mass, Frank will be laid to rest at Hills of Rest Cemetery in Floral City.
