Dottry H. Kohl, 90, of Inverness, FL passed away November 1, 2018 at Vitas Healthcare in Lecanto, FL. She was born in Benham, VA on June 2, 1928 to the late Carl Smith and Gay (McCroskey) Gobble.
Dottry was the owner and operator of a printing company, and arrived in this area in 1997, coming from Bellport, Long Island, NY. She was Presbyterian by faith, served as the Bell Port Chamber Treasurer for 12 years, and a member of the Master Printers Association in Suffolk County, NY.
Dottry was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Kohl, one brother, Harry Gobble; and one sister Inez Gobble. She is survived by her children Paul Gianferrara and his wife Kathleen of Hernando, FL, and Judy Bianco and her husband Ralph of New York.
A Celebration of Life Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Friday, November 9, 3:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
