Grace R Nersasian

Grace Russell Nersasian, 91, of Inverness, FL went home to be with her Lord and Savior on September 12, 2018 under the care of Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast. She was born on September 21, 1926 to the late Benjamin Franklin and Elizabeth (Chute) Russell. Grace was a homemaker and attended Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church, and was also very active with Ft. Cooper State Park in Inverness, where she and her husband Arthur started a volunteer organization for the park. Before retiring to Florida, Grace was also a very active member with Faith Presbyterian Church in Wilmington, DE. She was a very generous person, and loved spending summers in New Hampshire, and enjoyed sewing, baking, playing cards and dominoes, reading, and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was a gracious hostess for a bi-weekly Bible study in her home for many years. Grace was preceded in death by 5 siblings. She is survived by her loving husband of 71 years, Arthur Nersasian of Inverness. She is also survived by her children, Arthur R. Nersasian and his wife Debra of Wilmington, DE, Deborah N. Whitlock and her husband Keith of Hockessin, DE, and Richard N. Nersasian of Wilmington, DE; brother Richard Russell and sister Jean Hersey; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service for Grace is scheduled for Thursday, 11:00 A.M. at Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church in Lecanto, FL. Grace will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either Ft. Cooper State Park, or Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church. Arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
