Dorothy Irene Adams, 82, Inverness, FL passed away Sept 8, 2018 at Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast in Lecanto, FL. Dorothy was born in Indianapolis, IN on August 17, 1936 to the late Irvin and Gwendolyn Clingerman and came to Florida in 1999 from Brazil, IN.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years, John W. Adams, Inverness, FL; 2 sons, Mike Grove of Brazil, IN and Larry Grove of Staunton, IN; 2 daughters, Madona Grove, Chicago, IL and Linda Kay Certa of Grand Junction, AZ; her brother and sister, Dean Clingerman and Wilma Ellison, both of Brazil, IN; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be under the direction of the French Funeral Home of Brazil, IN with burial to follow in Mount Zion Cemetery, Clay County, IN. The Chas E Davis Funeral Home assisted locally in Florida.
