William Joseph Naczi, Jr., 78, Floral City passed away at home on July 27, 2018. Bill was born in Huntington, Long Island, NY on December 6, 1939 to the late William and Margaret (Nicholson) Naczi , Sr.
He came to Florida in 1979 from Arkville, NY where owned and operated Bill’s Automotive Service. After moving to Citrus County, he drove a school bus for over 17 years. He was a member of the Floral City Church of Christ.
Left to mourn his loss is his wife of 58 years, Alice (Hylander) Naczi; 1 son, Joseph Naczi of Chapin, SC; 2 brothers, Charles Naczi and wife Marie of Brooksville, FL and Michael J. Naczi of Wasilla, Alaska; 1 sister, Mary Ann Naczi of Floral City; 1 granddaughter, Sonia Williamson; 4 great grandchildren, Bailee, Mason, Julian, and Emma. He was preceded by his daughter, Patricia Sherwood who passed on Oct. 28, 2001 and his sister, Kathleen Naczi on Feb. 24, 2018.
