Claude H. Fore, Jr. age 90 of Inverness, FL passed away on June 28, 2018 at Citrus Memorial Hospital, Inverness, FL. Claude was born in Montevallo, AL on August 14, 1927 to the late Claude H. and Wilna (Hicks) Fore.
He was predeceased by his wife Theresa Vereb on August 28, 1980. Claude is survived by his three wonderful children, Claude III, Sharon Napier and Kevin, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy and was a Veteran of World War II. After his military service, he retired from a New York firm as Program Manager of Airborne Electronic Equipment.
Claude enjoyed Ham Radio, Radio Controlled Aircraft and was a lifelong fan of flying after his first flight in a Ford Trimotor at the age of 7. Claude had a Commercial, Instrument, Multi Engine License. Following cremation, his cremains will be spread over a body of water of his families choosing.
A private memorial service will be held for Claude at a later date. Cremation care is under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
