William K. Miller, age 52, of Inglis, FL passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018 while under the care of Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast, Lecanto. William was born on January 3, 1966 in Upper Darby, PA to William Klenk, Sr. and the late Carol Miller. He was raised by his adoptive parents G. Gerald Miller and Judith McKnight.
He was Catholic by faith and worked as a builder in the construction industry. William started visiting Central Florida in 1990 and finally made it his permanent home in 2016. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, swimming and reading. He also had a great love of music, especially classic rock.
Those left to mourn William’s passing include his loving companion of 27 years, Cindy Reynolds of Citrus Springs, FL; his daughter, Amanda Miller and her husband, Justin of Citrus Springs, FL; stepson, Erik Reynolds of Smyrna, N.Y.; father, G. Gerald Miller of Colorado Springs, CO; brother, David Miller and his partner, Brian Doherty of Manhattan, N.Y.; sisters: Cheryl Cawley and her husband, Tom of Hazlet, N.J.; their three children: Tommy, Joseph, and Matthew; Tracy Lessig and her husband, Rob of Colorado Springs, CO; their three children: Jackson, Paige, and Rose; and grandson, Ryker Miller-Schmidt; stepmother, Judith McKnight of Franktown, CO. William was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Miller in 1993.
The family plan to have a private memorial service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to his family.
Cremation care is under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
