Jennifer graduated from New Testament Christian School in 1984 and from Pensacola Christian College in 1988. Jennifer loved her Lord and had a heart for others. She was a fifth grade teacher at Inverness Christian Academy and substituted at New Testament Christian School. She was on staff at The Wilds Christian Camp in Brevard, NC, and worked at Citrus Memorial Hospital. But her favorite occupations were always wife, homemaker, mother, and friend.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Daniel Seest; her son Caleb Andrew (U.S. Army) and his wife Leslie; daughter Lydia Pearl (Pensacola Christian College); her father & step-mother John (Jack) & Winifred Louise (Rigsby) Monck; parents-in-love Donald & Sandra (Bonkoski) Seest; her brother John Monck, II and nephews Spencer & Gavin; her brother-in-love & Sissy, Kevin & Joann Peeples, and their children Matthew & Ruth Peeples, Justin & Abbey Peeples (& grandson Conner Scott), and Joanna Lee Peeples; her brother & sister-in-love Chuck & Carol Seest and their children Nicole, Benjamin, William, & Andrew; her brother & sister-in-love Tim & Katie Seest and their children Matthew, Joshua, & Alayna Joy; her brother & sister-in-love Doug & Julie Seest and their daughters Jenna & Kayla; her brother & sister-in-love Donnie & NaTausha and their daughters BreAnna, MadeLynn, & MacKenzie. Jennifer was preceded in death by her mother, Joan (Blount) Monck, on May 28, 1992.

The Celebration of Life Service for Jennifer will be on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at 6:00 pm, at Fort Cooper Baptist Church in Inverness, FL, with Pastors Ledford Hodges and Clarence Helms officiating. The viewing will also be on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at 5:00 pm. Jennifer requested that, everyone that can, wear purple, her favorite color, and a color of royalty, in honor of the Savior, the Kings of Kings!

Although her life was cut short by cancer, she would want everyone to know she was blessed of God, and she spent this Mother’s Day rejoicing in Heaven with her Momma. In lieu of flowers, Jennifer requested donations be sent to New Testament Baptist Church (9850 S. Parkside Ave. Floral City, FL, 34436) to the missionary project fund. Arrangements are under the direction of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home in Inverness, FL. Reception will follow.
