Nancy Ann Buebendorf, 61, Newtown, CT passed away suddenly in U.F. Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville on April 17, 2018 while visiting her mother, Irene Nunes here in Inverness. Nancy was born in Pawtucket, RI on Sept 17, 1956 to Joseph and Irene (Wilder) Nunes. She was employed as a Vice-President in the Trust Department for People’s United Bank and was a firm believer of Jesus Christ and His Resurrection.
Left to mourn and cherish her memory is her mother, Irene Mae Nunes of Inverness; 1 brother, Joseph Nunes Jr. and wife, Susan of Inverness; 1 sister, Diane Kearns and husband Patrick of Southbury, CT; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Nunes, Sr. on June 5, 2012 and her brother, Paul Nunes on Nov 20, 2001.
Nancy’s life will be remembered and celebrated at a private family service at the Chas E Davis Funeral Home of Inverness with her brother in-law, Pat Kearns and other members of the family officiating. The private service is scheduled for 3:00 PM on Friday, April 20, 2018. Burial will follow in Hills of Rest Cemetery. Floral City. FL
