Mary Lee Bale, age 85, of Lecanto, passed away February 16, 2018 at Hospice of Citrus and Nature Coast, Lecanto. Mary was born on December 28, 1932 in Corsica, PA, to the late Troy and Inez (Brown) Williams. Mary was Methodist by faith and a resident of Citrus County for 35 years after moving from Clinton, MD. Until her retirement, she was employed by the Citrus County Zoning Department. Mary was a huge fan of Baseball and loved attending games with friends.
Those left to mourn Mary’s passing include her son, John Bale and his significant other, Kip Cole, of Baker, FL; Sharon Williams and her husband Kenneth of Inverness, FL; grandchildren: John Bale, Jr. and his wife Genevieve, Kenneth Williams and his wife Kira, Jason Williams and his wife Jacqueline and Ginger Williams; great grandchildren: Madison, Zachary, Olivia, Eliana, Viera, Leia, Lily, Dustan, Cheyenne and Lauran Nicole; and great great grandchildren: Mason, Ethan, Eli, Samuel and Dean; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, William Watts; brothers: Troy, John, Ronald and Samuel Williams; and sisters: Sarah Jane Sobey and Delores Beck.
A Funeral Service of Remembrance was held for Mary on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 and attended by her loving family and closest friends. Arrangements are under direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
