Stacey Marie (Cavanaugh) Montgomery , age 35, of Ridge Manor, FL, passed away November 27, 2017 at Oak Hill Hospital, Brooksville, while surrounded by her loving family. Stacey was born on June 1, 1982 in Cleveland Ohio and was the daughter of Daniel and Christina (Roe) Cavanaugh. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and niece. Stacey was a homemaker who loved her dogs, Sadie, Rockie and Tink Tink. She also loved music.
Those left to mourn Stacey’s passing include her husband of 11 years, Preston Montgomery of Ridge Manor, FL; daughter, Lourelai Montgomery of Lake Panasoffkee, FL; parents, Christina and Dan Cavanaugh of Lake Panasoffkee, FL; sister, Tracey Cavanaugh of Inverness, FL; sister in law, Cassie Cavanaugh of Inverness, FL; grandmother, Nana Cavanaugh of Hamburg, N.Y.; uncles: Steve Roe (Amber) of Thonotosassa, FL, Carmen Roe of Apollo Beach, FL, Billy Chambers (Melisa) of Indiana, Joe Cavanaugh (Carol) of Alden, N.Y., Dave Cavanaugh (Sheila) of Angola, N.Y., Bob Cavanaugh of Hamburg, N.Y.; and cousins: Kaitlyn, Kelley, Hailee, Tristen, Kenneth, Tylor, K-Leigh, Michael, David, Joseph and Matthew. Stacey was preceded in death by her grandma Chambers, her Dzia dzia Cavanaugh, uncle Rick and cousin, Dennis Cavanaugh.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service is planned for Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 2:00 PM from the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Pastor Junior Branson of the Crossgate Church of God officiating. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 PM until the hour of service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
