Warren Joseph Bicker,82, Hernando, FL passed away suddenly at home on October 2, 2017. Warren was born in Baltimore, MD on July 11 , 1935 to the late Warren H. and Elizabeth (Dohoney) Bicker and came here in 1967 from St. Petersburg, FL.

Warren was a retired tug boat Captain and formerly owned and operated the Bicker Tire Company. He served our country in the U.S. Navy, was a member of the Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church in Lecanto for over 20 years and the Inverness Elks Lodge. He enjoyed fishing, boating and time with family. Warren was an alumni of St. Petersburg High School where he played in the state award winning band as an accomplished drummer.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 61 years, Janet Cullen Bicker; two children, Mark Bicker and his wife Beverly of Newnan, GA; Janet Lee Tuggle and her husband Rick of Hernando; 3 grandchildren: Alan S. Tuggle, Meredith Bowen, and Abby Bowen.

Friends may call on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home from 9:30 – 10:30 AM. The funeral procession will then depart for Florida National Cemetery where graveside services will be conducted by Rev. Chad Townsley of the Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church at 11:30 AM. Military Honors will follow with V.F.W. Post 7122 officiating.
